Fees land in the wallet
The token's creator and trading fees accrue in a public fee wallet on Solana. Players never pay to play — the pool comes from the token's fee flow, not from your pocket.
FEE ENGINE
The trading fees of $ARCADE fund the players. Every 8 hours the engine snapshots the fee wallet, takes the player share, splits it equally across the six cabinets and pays the top 25 of each board by best score. Here is the exact machinery — and exactly why it is paused today.
Current state
Eight-hour snapshots, one equal slice per cabinet, pro-rata payouts to the top 25 of each board. Here is exactly where the engine stands right now.
The mechanics
Three steps from token fees to a player's wallet. No points, no tokens, no fine print: the engine moves SOL from the fee wallet to the best players on each board.
The token's creator and trading fees accrue in a public fee wallet on Solana. Players never pay to play — the pool comes from the token's fee flow, not from your pocket.
Every 8 hours the engine reads the fee-wallet balance and measures how much it grew since the previous snapshot. The player share of that delta becomes the epoch pool. The first snapshot uses the whole balance.
The pool is split equally across the six cabinets. Each cabinet's slice is then divided pro-rata by best score among its top 25 players. Below the minimum payout, nothing is transferred.
WORKED EXAMPLE — 10 SOL POOL
Each cabinet gets an equal slice (1.667 SOL in this example). Inside a cabinet, the slice is split pro-rata by best score across its top 25 players — a 10% share of the top-25 score weight earns 10% of that cabinet's slice. The pool itself is never guaranteed: it depends on real trading fees.
Live preview
What the next snapshot would pay if it ran right now, computed from the current leaderboards. This is preview math, not a promise or a pending payment.
Ledger
Every snapshot is recorded with its pool, status and allocations. If a status says PAID, the signatures are real Solana transactions you can verify.
Operator notes
This part is for whoever holds the fee wallet. The process is public on purpose — the key itself is never in this repo, this page, or any client bundle.

Default 8.FEE_SHARE_PCTPercentage of the fee-wallet delta routed to players. Default 70.LEADERBOARD_TOP_NWinners paid per cabinet per epoch. Default 25.MIN_PAYOUT_LAMPORTSPool floor below which no transfer is attempted. Default 5,000,000 lamports (0.005 SOL).RPC_URLSolana RPC used to read the fee balance and send transfers.ARCADE_MINTToken mint shown on /token. The fee wallet secret goes only into the Netlify environment variables panel. Never in the repo, never in a commit, never in a screenshot, never in chat or a support ticket. If a secret ever touches version control, rotate the fee wallet immediately.
This project ships with no keys at all: REWARDS_ENABLED=false is the safe default and the engine stays PAUSED until a human deliberately flips it.
FAQ
Short, honest answers. If a detail is not here, this site does not know it yet either.
The fee wallet is not configured yet, so the engine sits in safe mode: it calculates previews and records epochs, but it will not sign or broadcast a transfer. Nothing has ever been paid out. This page will show PAID with real transaction signatures the moment that changes.
Once the operator sets the fee-wallet keys and turns the engine on, snapshots run every 8 hours. A payout only happens when the pool clears the minimum and there are eligible players on the boards. Until then the honest answer is: never.
Yes. Every signed-in run is stored and the leaderboards update normally. When the engine is switched on, the next snapshot reads the boards as they stand at that moment. No retroactive or back-dated payouts are promised.
Pool ÷ 6 gives each cabinet an equal slice. Inside a cabinet, your share is your best score divided by the sum of the top-25 best scores, capped at 25 winners. Higher score = bigger share of that cabinet's slice.
If the player pool is below the configured minimum payout — or a board has no eligible players — the epoch is marked BELOW MIN and no transfer is attempted. Dust is not sent to dozens of wallets just to look busy.
No. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and no reward is guaranteed. $ARCADE is a community arcade token with real market risk, including total loss of value. Play for fun first.
$ARCADE is an independent, community-run arcade token. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The White House, any government agency, or any political organization. Nothing on this site is financial advice or a promise of returns. Rewards are paused until the trading-fee wallet is configured.
The fee wallet is not configured, so the engine is deliberately in safe mode. The preview above is real math over real scores, but no transaction has been sent. Read what $ARCADE is or check the live leaderboards.
